Hi Guys,

I am new to vbs and need some help.

Im trying to make one vbs which...

Initially for the first time, it should ask for the username and password (to sign into one application), then everytime when i use that, it should automatically sign in without asking for the credentials. I need the logic for this. An example would be better.

Is this a client application? an ASP page? a normal webpage?

Client is an normal web application... we used to sign in to fill in our attendance hours.....

I suggest dropping a cookie on the client that identifies that the person has logged in (possible track the IP address too for the current session), in the other application pages have them evaluate the existence/validity of that cookie/IP before rendering the page. A quick search on the forum will show you some examples of different methods for this
