Since I do not want to share my entire drive with all domain admins all I need to do is:

Before running the script do net share

After running do:
net stop server
net start server
net share
You shuold no longer see the C$ or ADMIN$ (I believe this are dangerous shares to have)

Nice script. Just to give fair warning, doing this at my work (and any large corporate environment that I have worked in) would get you a warning and eventually get you fired if you did not heed the warning.
