I have to extract a portion of text from a pdf document. Can anyone help me with the VBScript code for this?

Hi Manukon,

you can't do it using plain VBScript; you could script/.Run a tool that converts .pdf to .txt and
work on that; but I think, in the long run you'd be better off using a 'real' programming language
(e.g. csharp) with a suitable/appropriate library (e.g. itextsharp).
