rsync over ssh?
ssh?
rsh?
telnet?
connect to a samba share?

Status: offline 		I've used PLINK.EXE that comes with Putty to SSH to UNIX systems.
Almost any UNIX command can be used.
The Code I have is from an HTA i wrote to display log files, you need to pass username and password and need to do it secure (SSH).

Here is some example code...
