I want to access NAS for copying files from my system to the NAS.

Normally when we try to access the NAS via the Run dialog box, another dialog box pops up after a certain delay which asks us for credentials. If we have given proper credentials we can copy files to the NAS.

How am I supposed to pass the credentials via script and gain access to the NAS so I can carry out the copying process.

But wouldn't that require entering credentials every time we login to that particular machine (as it tries to establish connection with the mapped drive) ?

You can include the credentials in the mapping.

That would work, but if we log-on to the source machine, i.e. where I want to copy files from, it would always ask for a password. Isn't there a way to do this via wsh?

You can use wsh to map the drive.
Take a look at the WSH docs.
object.MapNetworkDrive(strLocalName, strRemoteName, [bUpdateProfile], [strUser], [strPassword])
