Convert?

Or do you mean Instantiate?

If you want to create an object from a CLSID, you use
Set VariableName = CreateObject("CLSID OR GUID")

Then Use properties and methods by .(DOT) notation

VariableName.DoSomethingMethod

Or

VariableName.PropertyValue = SomeValue

I have an error message in the event log that contains a CLSID.  I would like to know the name of the object that the CLSID describes.
