Some time ago I was looking for a simple program to convert all my bookmarks from IE to a single file (more or less like firefox does it). There are many bookmark managers on the web but all require installation which is impossible for my computer at work because I do not have admin's rights.
Finally I have written my own VBscript. It converts bookmarks from a specified folder in a single portable HTML page with a tree-like structure. It handles non-standard encodings in filenames. And it does not require installation (actually it can be used as a part of a webpage).
