anyone know how to manage outlook add-in's with VBS?  some users are getting some duplicate emails and Microsoft recommends to uncheck a couple add-in's.  I used regmon to monitor what is going on but it didn't seems to grab it.  anyone do this before?

I haven't dug too much in the outlook API too much, but if you have a vbscript IDE that gives code completion you may be able to stumble through it.

I believe the COM call is CreateObject("Outlook.Application")

Have you looked at the Outlook documentation to see if the object model supports add-in manipulation?

no, first step - ask if anyone has done it here, second step - look at the whitepapers.
