Hi Everyone,
I have found a great vb class by John Korejwa that is able to encode images to jpeg, here is the link

I am creating a website in which users will be able to create art, and then upload it to the server. I was wondering if (provided I can get in touch with the author) it is possible to embed this class in a web page, so that it can run and encode the image on the client side, as uploading the picture uncompressed would take far too long.
I have been told that it is possible to run certain vbscript on the client side, but I have no idea of the limitations.

Please let me know if there's any way of doing this, or if I'm just being an ****!
