pasting a script into site

I am trying to paste a portion of my script onto this site, but it just times out.  If I put it in about 5 or 6 lines at a time then it goes just fine, but if I put in a large chunk, or the whole thing, it just sits there and does nothing.  It is only a small portion of a larger script, so a lot of the variables are not defined in my section.  Is it checking to make sure my script is not a virus of some kind?  I would prefer not to paste the portion of my script into 5 separate message boxes if possible.
