send request to amazon marketplace web service

Hi all. i'm trying to write a script to communicate with amazon's mws i need to send https request with a time stamp and a signature but i don't know were and how to start, which objects to use. can someone please refer me to were can i start read or find info on that? Thanks WeBeScript
